The medina walls of Fes el-Bali
Parts of the medina are very pretty, though lots of it is very touristy
The tannieries in Fes, where many of the leather products in the medina come from..
These workers are probably not in the best of health as they are in constant exposure to the chemicals used for tanning. These include pigeon poo and cow urine!
Took a lift with another traveller, who had rented a car, to Er-Rachidia
Passed by Ifrane, a highly affluent town, like a mini Switzerland in Morocco!
Overnight at Azrou, where spring wildflowers makes this a very lovely stopover.
Azrou also host the regions biggest weekly souk, and we arrive on market day!
Friendly Berber desertman
Shy boy in town
Locals we are sharing table with...
Enroute to Er-Rachidia, there are some pretty awesome landscapes...
Beautiful area just before reaching Er-Rachidia
